WEBINAR: The NJ Birth To Three Early Learning Standards Domain II: Approaches to Learning
The ways that infants and toddlers approach learning are influenced by characteristics they are born with, such as gender and temperament, as well as by attitudes and expectations of others. Infant/Toddler caregivers will explore the multiple ways in which the NJ Birth to Three Early Learning Standards supports the children within their care. Caregivers will be given the opportunity to identify and model strategies to assist in providing developmentally appropriate interactions that focus on the components; curiosity, persistence, creativity, and initiative.
*Participants are encouraged to bring their own copies of the New Jersey Birth to Three Early Learning Standards, if they have them, or they can be downloaded at: www.nj.gov/education/ece/guide/standards/birth/standards.pdf
