Occasionally, the differences are not evident until the child is in a group setting. What happens if the infant/toddler care teacher is the first to notice something of concern? In these cases, infant/toddler care teachers will be faced with decisions. Is the child’s development or behavior significantly of concern? Do the parents have any concerns?
